Set in the heart of the Redfern Park, surrounded by the picturesque Moreton Bay Fig trees, is a unique cafe to enjoy a relaxing moment or a stimulating conversation.
 
Cafés have always had a special place in the heart of Sydney locals and this new ambient café will do no less. Whether you are seeking a place to read your morning paper, enjoy the company of yummy mummies and their baby cino chugging offspring or just find caffeinated bliss whilst meeting with friends, you will find Park Café on Chalmers a most peaceful setting in the heart of the surrounding chaos.

The menu consists of a range of gourmet breakfasts (served all day) and scrumptious meals, with a wonderful array of choices such as ricotta pancakes, corn and zucchini fritters, a delicious banana porridge, mouth watering lunches such as Fusilli w/ Veal Sausage, Chilli, Caramelized Eshallots and the most delicious frittatas, burgers and home made soups.
 
Meals are about size and consistency and no one leaves feeling hungry.  Service with a smile the staff enjoy a chat with regulars and know your name the minute you walk in the door.

Adjacent to Redfern Oval and the home of the Rabbitohs training centre, it is the only café that you can be comforted with flavorsome food and coffee whilst watching an NRL team train. And on days when they are not training, there are usually families or friends enjoying the open spaces to exercise and keep fit. 

Dog friendly with many locals bringing their canine companions, the café always has a freshly made dog biscuits as a treat whilst our customers enjoy their time at the café.
